We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, with very comfortable and well-equipped rooms. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a fitness center that was free for guests to use. The location was great, just a short walk to the station and located in a quiet area. Also, the restaurant within the hotel was very pleasant.

The room was quite comfortable and clean. Furthermore, the restaurant service was impressive with good options available to select from.

The distance from the station and downtown was irritatingly too far and even though there was a shuttle provided it was limited. Additionally, the spa and gym were unavailable which was disappointing, and so was the Japanese breakfast for which we had had high expectations from them.

I had a truly wonderful experience at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I had a perfect stay. The room I stayed in may not have been the largest, but it was incredibly comfortable and spotlessly clean. The hotel amenities provided were exceptional, exceeding my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I could tell that this place was all about providing enhanced comfort and quality services. The location near to the station made it incredibly convenient for me to explore the area, and the restaurant at Level 2 was a delight. The attentive staff and delicious food made dining here a real treat.

In short, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The hotel is located in a tranquil area with easy access to shopping at YouMe mall and a variety of attractions, such as the Yamato museum and old naval base buildings. the room is cozy, with comfortable beds and a very clean bathroom. the customer service is excellent and the restaurant is charming.

The coffee shop's hours could be improved.
